Thank you for choosing our catering services. Due to the preparation, staffing, and purchasing involved with catering events, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

Catering orders canceled within 3 business days of the scheduled event, pickup, or delivery date are non refundable.

Catering orders totaling $200 or more may require a 25% non refundable deposit at the time the order is confirmed. This deposit secures your event date and helps cover preparation and ingredient costs. If a qualifying catering order is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.

We will do our best to accommodate changes to guest counts, menu selections, or timing when possible. However, changes requested within 3 business days of the event may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
